Whether you’ve read the books or just the ideas I’m toying with, hopefully what comes across is someone comfortable with technology, but pragmatic about what it actually means.

I’m always happy to hear a problem. An application not playing ball, or a project you’re not sure earns its keep.

And if you’re sure. Really, really sure. Sure enough to build it, spend on it, bet the quarter on it. That is usually the moment a second pair of eyes is worth most, because really, really sure is about where the trouble tends to start.

So if it helps, we can do a day on it. One problem, one day, every hour of it if that’s what it takes, no extensions and no dragging it out.

I can’t guarantee I’m right. But there’s no incentive to draw it out, or to talk you into tech over common sense. You leave either more sure of the thing you already had, or you turn it on its head and save a fortune.
